Order: 1. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner in both petitions seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Civil Revision Petitions and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. 2. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, these Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
