This Writ Petition has been filed, praying that this Court may be pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3, to provide electricity service connection to the bore well, comprised in the petitioner's land, in Re-Survey No.283/1 (Old S.F.No.55) of 69, situated at Nichampalayam Village, Gobichettipalayam Taluk, Erode District. 2. At this stage of the hearing of the Writ Petition, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the sixth respondent had submitted that the fourth and the fifth respondents had filed a suit, in O.S.No.302 of 2010, on the file of the District Munsif Court, Gobichettipalayam, Erode District. Thereafter, the petitioner has preferred a Civil Revision Petition, before this Court, in C.R.P.(PD)No.2199 of 2012, and this Court, by its order, dated 26.06.2012, made in M.P.No.1 of 2012, in C.R.P.(PD)No.2199 of 2012, had stayed all further proceedings in the suit, in O.S.No.302 of 2010, on the file of the District Munsif Court, Gobichettipalayam. 3. In view of the pendency of the suit, in O.S.No.302 of 2010, on the file of the District Munsif Court, Gobichettipalayam, and in view of the pendency of the Civil Revision Petition before this Court, no orders could be passed, by the sixth respondent, in the application filed by the petitioner, on 07.01.1988. 4. In view of the said submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the sixth respondent, this Court is of the considered view that the relief prayed for, by the petitioner, in the present Writ Petition, cannot be granted, at this stage. Hence, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected M.P. is closed.
