Judgment :- 1. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, as well as the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents. 2. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that the representation of the petitioner, dated 1.11.2012, may be directed to be considered by the second respondent in view of the order passed by the Full Bench of this Court, dated 5.11.2012, in WP Nos.30348 to 30352, 30363 and 27362 of 2011. 3. The learned counsels appearing on behalf of the respondents have no objection for such an order being passed by this Court. 4. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsels appearing on either side, the second respondent is directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner, dated 1.11.2012, in view of the observations made by the Full Bench of this Court, in WP Nos.30348 to 30352, 30363 and 27362 of 2011, dated 5.11.2012, on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, not later than eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of, with the above directions. No costs.
