JUDGEMENT SANJAY KAROL, J. 1. MR. R.S. Verma, learned Addl. Advocate General has placed on record communication dated 20.9.2013 which reads as under:- "To The Ld. Advocate General, Himachal Pradesh, Shimla-1. Sub: CWP No. 8570/11 titled as Devinder Singh v/s State of H.P. and others. Sir, The above titled case is pending adjudication before the Hon'ble High Court in which the Hon'ble Court has directed the respondents to file instructions as to whether the case of the petitioner is covered under the judgment dated 07.01.2013 titled as Pinki Dhaulta v/s State of H.P. and others. The case is again listed on 23.9.2013. . In this regard it is submitted that the case of the petitioner is covered in earlier rendered judgment dated 07.01.2013 in CWP No. 1794/2013 titled as Pinki Dhaulta v/s State of H.P. Hence, your goodself is requested to apprise the Hon'ble High Court accordingly. Yours faithfully, Sd/- DIRECTOR" 2. RESPONDENTS are directed to grant all benefits to the petitioner in terms of the judgment rendered by this Court in Pinki Dhulta's case (supra) [wrongly mentioned as CWP No. 1794/2013, whereas it should be CWP No. 1794/2012]. Needful shall positively be done within a period of four weeks from today. It shall be open for the petitioner to place additional material if so desired. With the aforesaid observations, petition is disposed of, as also the pending application(s), if any.
