Hon'ble Ravindra Singh,J. Hon'ble Anil Kumar Agarwal,J. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. This petition has been filed by the petitioner with a prayer to issue a suitable direction to the learned Commissioner, Bareilly, Division, Bareilly, to decide Appeal No. 46/2012-13 (Mohan Lal Vs. State of U.P.) under section 6 U.P. Control of Goondas Act, 1970 expeditiously. From the perusal of the record it appears that in the present case the order of externment has been passed against the petitioner by the Additional District Magistrate (Administration), Bareilly, in Case No. 1 of 2013, State Vs. Mohal Lal, vide order dated 24.1.2013. Against that order the petitioner has filed aforesaid appeal along with stay application in the court of Commissioner, Bareilly Division, Bareilly. The stay application is also pending and no order has been passed. In case the appeal is not decided expeditiously the purpose of filing the appeal shall be frustrated. In such circumstances we direct that Appeal No. 46 of 2012-13 shall be heard and disposed of within two months from the date of filing of a certified copy of this order. A copy of this order shall be filed by the petitioner in the court of learned Commissioner within 15 days from today. Till the disposal of the appeal filed by the petitioner in the court of Commissioner, Bareilly Division, Bareilly, the order dated 24.1.2013 passed by the Additional District Magistrate (Administration), Bareilly, shall be kept in abeyance. With this direction this petition is finally disposed of. _____________
