JUDGMENT 1. - Mr. , for the applicant-petitioner. Mr. , for Respondent No. 1-State. Heard learned counsel for the applicant-petitioner. 2. Issue notice to Respondent No. 1. 3. Mr. N.R. Saran, learned Public Prosecutor accepts notice on behalf of Respondent No. 1-State. 4. Heard learned counsel for the parties on the application filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for recalling of order dated 08.02.2013 passed by this Court in S.B. Criminal Revision Petition No. 578/2012, whereby the revision petition has been dismissed in default. 5. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant petitioner submits that on 08.02.2013 he was busy in Court No. 13 in another case and display board of this Court was not working on that day and number of the case was not shown. Due to this reason, he could not appear at the time of hearing of said revision petition, but after completion of the arguments in Court No. 13, the counsel for the petitioner reached before the Court for arguments in the revision petition, but due to hard luck the revision petition was heard in non presence of the counsel for the petitioner and the order was already passed by the Court. The non-appearance of the advocate on behalf of the petitioner was not intentional. Learned counsel for the applicant-petitioner prayed that in the interest of justice, revision petition be restored and order dated 08.02.2013 passed by this Court be recalled. 6.
