JUDGMENT 1. Heard the learned counsels appearing for the parties concerned. 2. At this stage of the hearing of the writ petition, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents had submitted that the application submitted by the petitioner, on 21.11.2012, shall be processed by the first respondent, on the petitioner furnishing the relevant documents, including the partition deed, house tax receipts and the patta issued by the Revenue authority concerned, to show that the petitioner is in lawful legal possession of the property in question, for obtaining the electricity service connection. 3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner had submitted that the necessary documents would be furnished by the petitioner, to the first respondent, within a period of two weeks from today, to enable the first respondent to process the application of the petitioner, dated 21.11.2012. 4. In view of the above, the first respondent is directed to process the application of the petitioner, dated 21.11.2012, on receipt of the necessary documents to be furnished by the petitioner and appropriate orders shall be passed by the first respondent, within a period of four weeks thereafter. The writ petition is ordered accordingly. No costs. Connected M.P. No. 1 of 2013 is closed.
