JUDGMENT 1. This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking a direction to dispose of E.A.No.192 of 2009 in E.P.No.21 of 2005 in O.S.No.43 of 2004 pending on the file of the learned Subordinate Judge, Padmanabhapuram. 2. Heard the learned Counsel for the revision petitioner. 3. The learned Counsel for the revision petitioner would make a prayer to the effect that suitable direction may be given to the Executing Court to dispose of the E.A.No.192 of 2009 in E.P.No.21 of 2005 in O.S.No.43 of 2004 within a time frame. Further, he would detail and delineate that the Second Appeal filed in this matter was dismissed as early as on 14.02.2012 and the said fact was brought to the knowledge of the Executing Court; despite that, the Executing Court did not order delivery in favour of the auction purchaser. 4. In view of the representation made by the learned Counsel for the revision petitioner, I would like to direct the Executing Court to dispose of the E.A.No.192 of 2009 in E.P.No.21 of 2005 in O.S.No.43 of 2004 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if there is no legal impediment in disposing the same. 5. With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
