ORDER : 1. Pursuant to orders passed by this Court, the reports of the Commission headed by Mr. Justice N. Santosh Hegde (Retired) had been furnished to counsel for all the parties and the parties have also filed their responses. 2. It has been brought to our notice that on 9th April, 2013 this Court has passed orders directing the State of Manipur to submit the Report of the Commission of Inquiry under the Commission Inquiry Act, 1952 with regard to some cases as mentioned in the said order of this Court. The State of Manipur will submit the report of the Commission Inquiry accordingly by the 10th of September, 2013 to the Court. 3. List these matters on 17th September, 2013.
