The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the second respondent has no objection for such an order being passed by this Court. 4. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsels appearing on either side, the petitioner is permitted to make a detailed representation, to the second respondent, along with the necessary enclosures in support of her claims, within a period of 2 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of such representation, the second respondent shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders thereon, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 8 weeks thereafter.
