JUDGEMENT SANJAY KAROL, J. 1. APPLICATION allowed and disposed of. Petitioner, who is working as Assistant Professor in Zoology (Colleges) , in terms of the impugned order of transfer dated 17.8.2013 (Annexure P -2), stands transferred from GC Nadaun, Distt. Hamirpur, to GC Dehri, Distt. Kangra. 2. LEARNED counsel, under instructions, does not press the present petition and submits that petitioner shall be content if she is permitted to file a representation, bringing out her grievances to the notice of the competent authority to be decided in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from today. Leaving the question of law open, it is always open for the of petitioner to approach the respondent -authorities, as prayed for. As and when any such request is received by the appropriate authority, the same shall be considered on its merits, in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt thereof, by affording adequate opportunity of hearing/representation to the petitioner and other effected/aggrieved party. Needless to add, the authority shall assign reasons while deciding the same which shall be communicated to the petitioner. 3. HOWEVER, it is made clear that if representation is not made within the period granted herein, interim order of protection shall automatically stand vacated. With the aforesaid observations, petition is disposed of, as also the pending application(s), if any.
