JUDGEMENT RAJIV SHARMA, J. - 1. SINCE common questions of law and facts are involved in all these petitions, the same are taken up together and are being disposed of by a common judgment. 2. IT is represented by Mr. B. Nandan Vashishta that cases of the petitioners are covered by a judgment rendered by erstwhile Himachal Pradesh Administrative Tribunal in O.A. No. 3625/1999 titled Som Dass versus State of H.P. and others decided on 17.5.2005. In fact, petitioners are seeking regularization from the anterior date on the analogy of Som Dass. If it is so, respondents are directed to consider the cases of the petitioners for regularization strictly in view of the principles laid down in the judgment cited hereinabove within a period of 8 weeks from today by passing a detailed order. Pending application(s), if any, also stands disposed of. No costs. Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? In view of above, all the writ petitions are disposed of, also the pending application(s), if any. No costs.
