JUDGEMENT RAJIV SHARMA, J. - 1. MR. Rajnish Maniktala, learned counsel for the petitioner(s) submits that the present lis is squarely covered by the judgment rendered by this Court in CWP No. 60 of 2006, titled as Jagdev Katoch versus State of H.P. & others, decided on 20.6.2008. 2. IF that is so, respondents are directed to work out the pensionary/retiral benefits of the petitioners, strictly as per principles laid down in the judgment cited hereinabove, subject to the outcome of the LPA, which has been filed against this judgment. While calculating the pensionary/retiral benefits, respondents shall also take into consideration the subsequent pay revision, which has taken place in 2006. The needful be done within a period of six weeks. With these observations, the present petition is disposed of, so also the pending application(s), if any. No costs.
