Judgment :- 1. At this stage of the hearing of the contempt petition the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner had submitted that the order passed by this Court, on 18.7.2012, in W.P.No.7221 of 2012, had been complied with, by the respondent. 2. In view of the said submission made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, as no further orders are necessary, the contempt petition stands closed.
