JUDGEMENT RAJIV SHARMA, J. 1. PETITIONER is seeking bail in F.I.R. No. 251 of 2012 dated 2.8.2012 registered under sections 306, 498-A and 34 of the Indian Penal Code in Police Station, Nurpur, District Kangra, H.P. 2. HEARD. Police has produced the record. The petitioner was married with late Smt. Sushma Devi on 9.12.2004. She committed suicide on 1.8.2012. Co- Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? accused have already been enlarged on bail. The challan has also been put up in the Court of Judicial Magistrate, Nurpur on 23.9.2012. The report from R.F.S.L., Dharamshala has also been obtained by the prosecution. Supplementary challan has also been filed. According to Mr. J.K. Verma, learned Deputy Advocate General, Smt. Sushma Devi committed suicide due to cruelty meted out to her by the petitioner. However, there is no material placed on record that any complaint was filed with the police about the alleged cruelty and maltreatment meted out to Sushma Devi or with the Panchayat. 3. ACCORDINGLY, the application is allowed and the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his furnishing personal bond in the sum of Rs. 25,000.00 with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial court in F.I.R. No. 251/12 dated 2.8.2012 registered under sections 306, 498-A and 34 of the Indian Penal Code registered at police Station, Nurpur, District Kangra, H.P. 4. THE petitioner shall not try to win over or terrorize the prosecution witnesses and will not temper with the prosecution evidence. It is made clear that the observations made hereinabove shall have no bearing on the merit of the main case. Accordingly, the petition stands disposed of. Copy Dasti. Petition stands disposed.
