ORDER Anjana Prakash, J. – The Petitioner seeks quashing of the entire proceeding including the order of cognizance dated 19.07.2007 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna in Complaint Case No. 147 (C) of 2007. 2. The submission of the Petitioner is that the spouses ended their relation-ship by mutual agreement and, therefore, the continuance of the present proceeding is an abuse of the process of the Court. 3. Considering the aforesaid, the entire proceeding including the order of cognizance dated 19.07.2007 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna in Complaint Case No. 147 (C) of 2007 is, hereby, quashed. 4. The application stands allowed.
