JUDGMENT RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK J. (ORAL) 1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a widow and plaintiff in the civil suit pending before the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division) Ludhiana. He further submits that the petitioner moved an application under Order 11 Rule 14 read with Section 151 CPC, seeking appropriate direction, but the same is pending decision for quite some long time. He concluded by submitting that the petitioner will be satisfied in case her application Annexure P-3, is directed to be considered and decided within a reasonable time. 2. Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the learned 3. Civil Judge (Junior Division) Ludhiana, is directed to look into the matter, consider the application of the petitioner moved under Order 11 Rule 14 read with Section 151 CPC (Annexure P-3), and decide the same at an early date by passing an appropriate order thereon, in accordance with law, but in any case within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. 4. With the observations made above, the present petition stands disposed of.
