(Oral);— The petitioner is seeking grant of regular bail pending trial of the case arising out of FIR No. 313 dated 5.8.2012 under Section 394 IPC to which offence under Sections 120-B/412 IPC was added later on, registered at Police Station Sadar Fatehabad. The petitioner had earlier applied for interim bail on account of the fact that his father was seriously ill and admitted in a nursing home. The said application was accepted and he was granted interim bail from 20.12.2012 to 30.12.2012. Thereafter, the petitioner filed an application for regular bail which came up for hearing on February 20, 2013, when after hearing counsel for the petitioner, the same was dismissed. However, at that stage, counsel for the petitioner had sought permission to withdraw the petition and, accordingly, petition was dismissed as withdrawn. After arguing for some time, counsel for the petitioner states that he may be allowed to withdraw the petition, at this stage. Dismissed as withdrawn, at this stage.
