Judgment 1. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition and has also made an endorsement to that effect in the grounds in the revision. 2. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
