ORDER Heard the parties. It is submitted on behalf of the parties that this case can be disposed of in terms of order dated 01.08.2013 passed by this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 13275/2013 (Ram Baran Ray, B.Ed. College Vs. The State of Bihar & ors.). The relevant portion of which is reproduced as under:– “In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances and in view of the law laid down by the Apex Court as well as earlier decision of a Single Bench of this Court as mentioned above, this Court would be inclined to allow this writ application directing the Registrar, B.R.A. Bihar University to issue an order granting the affiliation in favour of the petitioner’s institution within four weeks from the date of receipt/ production/communication of this order if the same has been approved as stated above by syndicate of the University after grant of recognition by NCTE.” 3. Accordingly, this writ application is also allowed in terms of the order dated 1.8.2013 passed by this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 13275/2013 (Ram Baran Ray, B.Ed. College Vs. The State of Bihar & ors.).
