Judgment : 1. Smt.H.R.Renuka, learned Counsel for the respondent submits that the respondent-employer would refer the petitioner to a Medical Board to assess his physical disability, and thereafter pass orders in accordance with law. Hence petitioner is directed to appear before the Medical Board attached to the District Hospital at Tumkur for assessment of his physical disability as claimed and the said Board is directed to if found necessary issue a certificate in Form Nos.II, III or IV under The Persons with Disabilities (Equal Opportunities, Protection of Rights and Full Participation) Act, 1995 and The Persons with Disabilities (Equal Opportunities, Protection of Rights and Full Participation) Rules, 1996. The Respondent-Corporation to ensure the fixing of the date after the Medical Board is constituted and inform the petitioner, accordingly. Petition is disposed of accordingly.
