JUDGEMENT 1. CIVIL Procedure (for short "CPC") on the ground that they have been adversely affected by the impugned judgment passed by the writ Court in CWP No. 7277 of 2012H, dated 22.11.2012. 2. WE have gone through the impugned judgment and the stand taken by the State read with the reliefs sought. We are of the considered view that the appellants have not carved out a case for grant of leave. Dismissed as such. Consequently, LPAs No. 592 and 593 of 2012 are to be dismissed. At this stage, learned counsel for the appellants sought leave to withdraw these appeals with liberty to seek appropriate remedy. His statement is taken on record. Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. Pending application(s), if any, also stand(s) disposed of accordingly. 3. BY the medium of these appeals, the appellants are assailing the judgment of the writ Court on the ground that the same does not deal with the question of keeping the panel of the candidates who have qualified B1 Test in force. 4. MR. Dogra, learned Advocate General, states at the Bar that the judgment is in accordance with the relief(s) sought by the writ petitioners. We have gone through the judgment and are of the considered view that the reliefs sought in the writ petition stand granted in toto in favour of the writ petitioners. How they are aggrieved of the same, is not forthcoming. 5. IT is worthwhile to record herein that as per the statement of learned Advocate General, only 273 posts of Head Constable (Executive) are available. Out of 273 candidates, only 14 writ petitionersappellants (13 from CWP No. 7335 of 2012 and one from CWP No. 7277 of 2012), who were falling within the merit zone, have been sent for training. 6. AT this stage, Ms. Parmar, learned counsel for the appellants, seeks permission to withdraw the appeals with liberty to seek appropriate remedy so far as the other writ petitioners appellants are concerned. Accordingly, both the LPAs are disposed of with liberty as prayed for. Pending application(s), if any, also stand(s) disposed of accordingly. 7. CWP No. 2031 of 2013 has been segregated and a separate order has been passed in the said petition.
