JUDGMENT Heard. This petition has challenged the show cause notice dated 04.06.2014. Shri Jain submits that petitioner has already filed reply to this show cause notice. On perusal of the grounds of petition, it is clear that the petitioner has challenged the correctness of the allegations mentioned in the show cause notice. At this stage, the correctness of allegations cannot be gone into. The petitioner has already filed its reply. Accordingly, this petition is disposed of by directing the authorities to deal with it in accordance with law. If any adverse order is passed, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the appropriate forum. With the aforesaid, petition stands disposed of.
