ORDER : Heard. 2. This application simply seeks a modification of our order dated 09.05.2014 to the extent the said order reserves liberty for the Joint Director, CBI, Incharge of the States of West Bengal and Odisha to seek further directions in relation to transfer of any other case or cases that may require to be transferred for investigation to CBI for a full and effective investigation into the scam. 3. Mr. Tushar Mehta, learned ASG submits that instead of the Joint director, CBI, Incharge of the States of West Bengal and Odhisa, liberty could be reserved in favour of the Joint Director concerned of the CBI/SIT for the reasons set out by him in the application. We see no reason to decline that prayer especially when the same is limited to a clarification to the extent that further directions, if any, can be prayed for by the officer concerned of the CBI not necessarily Incharge of the States of West Bengal and Odisha. We accordingly modify our order dated 09.05.2014 to the extent that Joint Director concerned of the CBI/SIT may, if so advised, to seek any further directions in terms of para 35 of the order mentioned above. 4.
