JUDGMENT This application has been filed for restoration of W.A. No. 865 of 2012, which has been dismissed for want of prosecution on 25.6.2014. In the writ appeal notices to the respondents were not issued and the respondents were not served and not represented. In view of aforesaid, no notice to the respondents are necessary in this application. Keeping in view the reasons assigned in the application, which is supported by an affidavit of counsel himself, and finding it to be bonafide, the application is allowed. The Writ Appeal No. 865 of 2012 is restored to its original file. It be placed before the appropriate Bench for orders as per roster. This application stands allowed and disposed of.
