JUDGMENT This application has been filed for restoration of W.A. No. 444 of 2012, which has been dismissed for non compliance of common conditional order passed on 29.4.2014. There being delay in filing the application for restoration, I.A. No. 11149 of 2014 an application seeking condonation of delay has been filed. As notice to the respondent was not issued in the original case and she was not represented, no notice on this application is necessary to the respondent. Keeping in view the reasons indicated in the application and the application for condonation of delay, which is supported by affidavit of competent authority, we see no reason to disbelieve the same. Condoning the delay in filing the application, the application for restoration is allowed. Writ Appeal no.444/2012 is restored to its original file. It be placed before the appropriate Bench for orders as per roster. This application stands allowed and disposed of.
