JUDGMENT 1.This application has been filed for restoration of W.P. No. 18404 of 2013, which has been dismissed for non compliance of common conditional order passed on 17.1.2014. There being delay in filing the application for restoration, I.A. No. 11146 of 2014 an application seeking condonation of delay has been filed. 2. As notice to the respondents were not issued in the original case and they were not represented, no notice on this application is necessary to the respondents 3. Keeping in view the reasons indicated in the application and the application for condonation of delay, which is supported by affidavit of counsel himself, we see no reason to disbelieve the same. Condoning the delay in filing the application, the application for restoration is allowed. Writ Petition No. 18404 of 2013 is restored to its original file. It be placed before the appropriate Bench for orders as per roster. This application stands allowed and disposed of.
