JUDGMENT Mr. Jitendra Chauhan, J.: - By filing the present petition under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the petitioner has sought regular bail in case FIR No. 155, dated 7.8.2013, registered under Sections 302, 201, 34 of the Indian Penal Code at Police Station Cantonment, District Amritsar. 2. It is contended that earlier petition, filed by the petitioner, was dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated 19.11.2013, as the trial had not commenced. The petitioner is not, in any manner, connected with the alleged murder. The petitioner has been charged only under Section 201 of IPC, being the relation of the main accused Joginder Kaur. She is in custody since 8.8.2013. 3. On the other hand, the learned State counsel opposes the prayer of the petitioner. He informs that out of 24 witnesses only two have been examined so far. 4. The trial is not likely to be concluded in the near future. 6. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the case, the present petition is allowed.
