Judgment : 1. Heard Mr.N.Sathyamoorthi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.M.L.Mahendran, learned Government Advocate (HR&CE) appearing for the Respondents. 2. The prayer in the writ petition is to direct the 1stRespondent to dispose the Appeal No.14 of 2014 pending before him within a reasonable time that may be fixed by this Court. 3. Considering the limited scope of prayer sought for by the petitioner, without going into the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the first respondent to consider the Appeal No.14 of 2014 pending before him, if it is otherwise in order, and dispose of the same within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Consequently, M.P.Nos. 1 to 3 of 2014 are closed.
