ORDER : This order is only for the purpose of taking the notice of the grievance raised by the complainant and in this proceeding for the purposes of certified copy and Supreme Court web-site, the name of the complainant will not be shown wherever it occurs and against her name, only Ms 'M' will be shown. 2. When the Court was rising, Ms. 'M' practicing in Chhattisgarh appeared and handed over a bunch of papers and prayed for justice. She alleged that she has been gang-raped by her brother-in-law (Jeth) and few others on 29.11.2013 and an F.I.R. to that effect has been lodged but no action has been taken. 3. At the outset, from the statement of Ms. 'M', it appeared that she was ill-disposed. She has been sent to Supreme Court First Aid Dispensary with a lady constable for medical aid. 4. Having regard to the alleged gravity of the matter, we requested Ms. Vandana Sehgal, advocate to assist the Court in the matter. 5. The bunch of papers handed over by Ms. 'M' may be registered by the Registry as suo moto writ petition and placed for consideration tomorrow i.e. 23.9.2014. 6. Registry is directed to supply a copy of the suo moto writ petition to Ms. Vandana Sehgal, advocate immediately.
