JUDGMENT Hon'ble Virendra Vikram Singh, J. By moving the present application under section 482 Cr.P.C., entire proceedings of Case No. 535 of 2012 (State Vs. Satish and others) arising out of Case Crime No.168-A of 2011, under Sections 452, 307, 354, 324, 323, 504, 506, Police Station Goverdhan, District Mathura, has been prayed to be quashed. 2. Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned AGA. 3. Having considered the uncontroverted prosecution version, as it appears from the F.I.R. and the record of the case, a prima-facie cognizable offence is made out against the applicant. 4. The prayer for quashing the proceeding of the aforesaid case is, hereby refused. 5. However, it is directed that if the applicants appear and surrender before the court below within 30 days from today along with the certified copy of this order and apply for bail, their prayer for bail may be considered and decided expeditiously, as per law, after taking the applicants in custody. 6. With the aforesaid directions, this application is finally disposed of.
