JUDGMENT Hon'ble Manoj Misra, J. Heard learned counsel for the applicants as well as learned AGA and perused the record. 2. This application has been filed under Section 4 82 Cr.P.C. for seeking a direction to the lower Court concerned to dispose of the bail application of the applicants on the same day in Case Crime No.866 of 2013, under Sections 498-A, 323, 504 I.P.C. and Section 3 /4 of D.P. Act, P.S. Kotwali, District Mathura. 3. The law with respect to the prayer for hearing the bail applications on the same day and all related aspects have been comprehensively dealt with in the case of Amrawati and another Vs. State of U.P.: 2004(57) ALR 290, decided by a Full Bench of this Court, which has been approved by the Apex Court in the case of Lal Kamlendra Pratap Singh Vs. State of U.P.: 2009(3) ADJ 322 (SC). Further, this Court in the case of Damodar Prasad Vs. State of U.P. (APPLICATION U/S 482 No.19852 of 2013), decided on 18.06.2013, has explained the manner in which the guidelines given in Amrawati's case (supra) are required to be followed, and has further observed that specific directions need not be issued, unless special circumstances have been narrated in the application. In view of the above, no specific direction need be issued. It is expected that the Court concerned would decide the bail application of the applicants, in accordance with law. The application stands disposed of.
