JUDGMENT Hon'ble Manoj Misra, J. Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A.G.A. for the State. 2. By this application, a prayer has been made for directing the court concerned to consider and decide the bail application of the applicant in connection with Case Crime No.161 of 2013, under Section 3 /25 Arms Act, P.S. Ramchandra Mission, District Shahjahanpur on the same day. 3. Considering the nature of the offences, without expressing any opinion on merits, it is provided that if the applicant surrenders before the court concerned, his prayer for bail shall be considered expeditiously. It is made clear that the processes, if any, issued against the applicant has not been stayed. 4. With the aforesaid observations, the application is disposed of.
