Judgment C.S. Karnan, J. 1. The petitioners have filed this Writ Petition seeking for a writ of mandamus, directing the respondent herein to consider the petitioners representation dated October, 2012 in a manner known to law by referring the matter to appropriate forum to decide the enhancement of compensation. 2. Even though the petitioners have submitted their representation to the respondent dated October 2012, till date the respondents have not taken any action to dispose of the same, which prompted the petitioner to move this Court for the above direction. 3. Considering the limited scope of prayer, the petitioners are directed to submit a fresh copy of the representation to the respondent and on receipt of any such representation from the petitioners, the respondent is directed to dispose of the same by passing orders on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the petitioner and after conducting enquiry, within a period of four weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4. In the result, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
