JUDGMENT P.S. Rana, Judge (Oral) Sh. Karam Dass petitioner and Sh. S.D. Sharma respondent personally appeared before the Court today and both have submitted that a compromise has been executed inter-se the parties and sought permission to compound the present case in order to keep cordial relation. Permission to compound the case is granted in the ends of justice and in order to keep cordial relation inter-se the parties. As per compromise petitioner-accused already deposited compensation amount to the tune of Rs.3000/- (Rupees three thousand) before the learned trial Court and also paid Rs.6000/- (Rupees six thousand) to the learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the complainant which has been received by the complainant. 2. In view of the above stated facts sentence of imprisonment imposed by the learned trial Court and compensation of Rs.9000/-(Rupees nine thousand) imposed by the learned trial Court is affirmed. Judgment and sentence imposed by the learned trial Court and affirmed by the learned First Appellate Court are modified to this extent only. Statements of parties recorded today will form part and parcel of this order. Complainant will be legally entitled to withdraw the amount of Rs.3000/- (Rupees three thousand) deposited before the learned trial Court. Revision Petition is disposed of so also the pending application(s), if any.
