JUDGMENT Hon'ble Ashwani Kumar Mishra, J. From the materials on record it appears that no proper adjudication of the respective case of the parties has yet been made in accordance with law. The parties had been litigating and orders were passed ex-parte one way or the other. The revisional Court by the order under challenge has remanded the matter with the observation that the respective claim of the parties be adjudicated after affording them an opportunity of hearing. The direction of the revisional court does not suffer from any error of law which may warrant interference by this Court. 2. Since the matter is old and the parties are litigating since long therefore it would be appropriate to direct the consolidation officer to whom the proceedings have been remanded, to decide the matter on merits after affording due opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned expeditiously without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties preferably within a period of six months form the date of production of certified copy. Needless to say that all issues would be dealt with by the Court concerned in accordance with law. Till the matter is decided, status-quo with regard to possession over the property in dispute shall be maintained. 3. With the aforesaid observations the writ petition is disposed of finally.
