ORDER : We have been apprised by Ms. Binu Tamta, learned counsel for the petitioner that in pursuance of the direction issued by this Court, the accused - respondent has been taken into custody. 2. In view of the aforesaid, notice be served on him through the jail authorities so that he can engage a counsel. It will be obligatory on the part of the jail authorities to inform the accused-respondent that he can apply for legal aid or inform the jail authorities that he wants to be assisted by counsel appointed by the court so that needful can be done. 3. List the matter after six weeks.
