ORDER This petition has been preferred under Section 482 Cr. P.C. with the following prayer:- “It is, therefore, humbly prayed that your lordships may very graciously be pleased to allow/accept this Misc. Petition and FIR No. 174 of 2013 registered at Police Station, Ashok Nagar, Jaipur (South) may kindly be quashed and set aside and any other appropriate order which this Hon'ble court may deem fit in favour of humble petitioner may kindly be passed in the facts and circumstances of the case.” Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this petition may be disposed of with the direction to the concerned Investigating Officer to investigate the matter fairly, properly and impartially and submit the report to the concerned court. It is further submitted by the learned counsel that the petitioner may not be arrested prior to giving notice of one month by the concerned Investigating Officer. Accordingly, in view of above, this petition is disposed of with the aforesaid liberty. Ordered accordingly. Stay application also stands dismissed.
