JUDGMENT Hon'ble Dilip Gupta,J. Since the allegation in the present case is against the Gram Pradhan, respondent No.7, several remedies are provided under the U.P. Panchayat Raj (Removal of Pradhans, Up-Pradhans and Members) Enquiry Rules, 1997. It would be open to the petitioner to comply with the provisions of the Rules and to move for the initiation of action under Section 95(1)(g) of the U.P. Panchayat Raj, Act, 1947 in accordance with law. The petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
