ORDER 1. This is an application under section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioner for offence under sections 354, 294, 506 of IPC, in connection with Crime No.189/2014 of Police Station-Kesli, District-Sagar. 2. According to prosecution, on 2.8.2014, petitioner made indecent assault on the prosecutrix who is sister-in-law (Bhabi) of the petitioner. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it was a routine quarrel followed by the family dispute. Report has been lodged after adding some exaggeration. 4. Learned Panel Lawyer submits allegations are specific and serious both. 5. In response, learned counsel for petitioner submits that possibility of amicable settlement of family dispute also cannot be ruled out. 6. On due consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it proper to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 7. Petitioner Murat Lodhi is directed to join the investigation immediately and will cooperate with the investigating agency. In the event of arrest, petitioner shall be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond in a sum of Rs.30,000/- with a surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of arresting officer/trial Court. 8. Conditions of section 438(2) CrPC shall apply on the petitioner during currency of bail.
