ORDER : A.K. Patnaik, F.M. Ibrahim Kalifulla, JJ. Heard learned counsel for the parties. 2. By the impugned order, the petitioner, who is facing trial in connection with FIR No. 86 of 2012 at P.S. City Kotwali, Bilaspur for offences under Sections 420, 467, 468, 466, 471, 475, 484/34 of IPC and 66(C) of I.T. Act, has been refused regular bail pending trial. 3. Considering the fact that the co-accused has already been released on bail and the petitioner is in custody since 20.03.2012 and the trial will take some more time, we direct that the petitioner be released on bail to the satisfaction of the Trial Court. 4. The special leave petition is disposed of. Petition disposed of.
