JUDGMENT 1.This is an application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of bail to petitioner for offences registered under Sections 498-A, 304-B and 34 of IPC in connection with Crime No. 174/2014 at Police Station, Nishatpura, District Bhopal. 2. According to prosecution, on 14.1.2014, Sister-in-Law (Devrani) of petitioner namely Savita ended her life by hanging within a period of seven years of her marriage. 3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that parents of deceased came forward after about a period of six-seven weeks i.e. on 23.2.2014 with the story of harassment, cruelty and demand and implicated not only husband but all other family members. Further submits that petitioner is a lady housewife who has been implicated on the basis of vague allegations. 4. Learned Panel Lawyer for the State submits that allegations are equally serious against the petitioner also. In response, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in such a situation husband can be main culprit and he is in jail. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it proper to grant bail to the petitioner. Petitioner Pinki Prajapati shall be released on bail on her furnishing personal bond in the sum of Rs. 30,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of trial Court for his appearance in trial Court on dates to be fixed by that Court during trial. This bail shall continue during the pendency of the trial. In the event of jumping the bail, this facility will be withdrawn from petitioner. Provisions of Section 437(3) of Cr.P.C. shall apply to the petitioner. Certified copy as per rules.
