ORDER : T. Sunil Chowdary, J. This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings against the petitioners/A.1 to A.5 in Crime No.159 of 2011 of Bobbili Police Station, Vizianagaram District registered for the offences under Sections 417, 376 and 109 I.P.C. 2. Petitioner No.1 and respondent No.1 are personally present in the Court. Respondent No.1 submitted that she is willing to withdraw the complaint in view of the marriage between her and petitioner No.1. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners identified petitioner No.1 as well as respondent No.1. The learned counsel also filed the Aadhaar Card of respondent No.1 and Marriage Certificate. 4. In view of the submissions made by respondent No.1 and petitioner No.1, without expressing any opinion, I feel it is appropriate to direct the Investigating Officer to consider the material placed by petitioner No.1 and respondent No.1 and pass appropriate orders. 5. With the above direction, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. 6. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
