JUDGMENT HON'BLE SUNEET KUMAR, J. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner/defendant. 2. The petitioner/defendant has approached this Court seeking mandamus commanding the Learned Civil Judge (Senior Division) Jaunpur to decide Civil Suit No. 944 of 2006 (Om Prakash and another vs. Jai Prakash). The suit has been filed by cancellation of saledeed. The parties to the suit are real brothers. At the time of filing of the petition, the petitioner did not argue the matter and vide orders dated 8.9.2010 the writ petition was directed to be listed after six months. The petition has come up today for admission. 3. Considering the facts of the present case, no ground has been made out by the learned counsel for the petitioner before this Court to exercise its supervisory jurisdiction under Article 227 of the Constitution of India. The writ petition is devoid of merit and is, accordingly, dismissed.
