JUDGMENT On previous three dates on 19/2/14, 6/3/14 and 6/8/14, nobody appeared on behalf of the appellant. Today also, no one appears for the appellant even when the case is taken up in second round. This appeal has been filed under section 378(4) of Cr.P.C. being aggrieved by the judgment of acquittal of accused/respondents No. 1 to 3 of offence under section 498-A of I.P.C. passed in private complaint case No. 530/04. Looking the fact of non-appearance of the appellant, it seems that she does not want to prosecute this appeal in future. Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution.
