Judgment V. Dhanapalan, J. 1. Heard Mr. S. Sethuraman, learned counsel for the petitioner; Mr. A. Kumar, learned Government Advocate appearing for the 1st respondent and Mr. B. Rajkumar Ashok Singh, learned counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent. 2. The petitioner has come out with a limited prayer for a direction to the 1st respondent to take action on the basis of his representation dated 29.04.2013 as against the 2nd respondent. However, learned counsel for the petitioner would make a plea that if the petitioner's representation dated 29.04.2013 is disposed of in accordance with law, his grievance would be redressed. 3. Though this plea of the counsel for the petitioner is opposed by the counsel for the 2nd respondent, it is for both the parties to decide on whose favour, the licence in question in granted, besides several allegations against the 2nd respondent. Such being the position, it is for the 1st respondent, after giving due notice to the parties concerned, consider the petitioner's representation and take a decision in accordance with law. 4. Accordingly, the 1st respondent is directed to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 29.04.2013 in accordance with law and on merits, after giving due notice to the parties concerned, and pass appropriate orders within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. However, it is open to the parties to agitate before the 1st respondent. This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
