JUDGMENT 1.Heard. This review petition has been filed by the petitioners/State for review of the order dated 27.09.2012 passed in W.P. No. 7164/2012. Similar review petitions have been disposed of by this court with some observations. One of the order passed in Review Petition No. 131/2013 (State of M.P. & Others Vs. R.S.C. College & Anr.) on 10.01.2014 is as under:- “This review petition has been filed by the petitioners-State for reviewing the order dated 27-09-2012 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No. 7209/2012. The petition was disposed of in view of the order passed in Writ Petition No. 6180/2012 (Jiwaji Sewa Samiti and Another Vs. State of M.P. & Ors.). It is pleaded in the review petition that other petitions filed before the Main Seat at Jabalpur in regard to same relief i.e. permission to appear in the examination for the purpose of Academic Year 2008-09 of B.Ed. Students, have been dismissed. Shri RBS Tomar, learned counsel for the respondent No.1 – College has submitted that only direction issued by the Court was to consider the grievance of the respondent. In this view of the matter, this review petition is disposed of with an observation that the authorities are at liberty to pass an order in accordance with law after considering the grievance of the respondent. Review petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid observation.” In this view of the matter, the present review petition is also disposed of with the observation that the appellants are at liberty to pass an order in accordance with law after considering the grievance of the respondent. No order as to costs.
