Thakur (IPS), Director General of Police, Bihar are present before us. 2. After going through the compliance report filed by the State of Bihar, dated 28.10.2014, we are not satisfied with the same. 3. Shri Ranjit Kumar, learned Solicitor General appearing for the State of Bihar would request us to grant him another week's time to file a better affidavit. The request is granted. 4. Call the matter on 13.11.2014 at 3:30 p.m. 5. The presence of the officers of the State of Bihar is dispensed with for the present. IN RE: State of Chhatisgarh 6. Pursuant to the order passed by us on 16.10.2014, Shri D.S. Mishra, Chief Secretary, Chhattisgarh and Shri A.N. Upadhaya, Director General of Police, Chhatisgarh are present before us. 7. List on 13.11.2014 at 3:30 p.m. 8. Additional affidavit, if any, by the State of Chhatisgarh be filed, in the meantime. 9. The aforesaid officers of the State of Chhattisgarh shall remain present before us on 13.11.2014 as well.
