ORDER : Heard all the parties concerned. Considering the extraordinary reasons stated in the interlocutory application, though, we were not initially inclined, taking note of the interest of the large number of workers, we extend the time for vacation of the premises up to 30th June, 2014. It is made clear that no further extension would be entertained at any cost. The officer concerned is permitted to file a fresh undertaking within four weeks from today. The interlocutory application for extension of time is disposed of accordingly.
