JUDGMENT 1.Heard. 2. By filing this intra court appeal, the appellant/writ petitioner has challenged the order dated 28.08.2014 passed by learned Single Judge of this Court in Writ Petition No. 6354/2014. 3. The order impugned is order of issuance of notice on the question of interim relief. In the circumstances, against such an interlocutory order, writ appeal cannot be entertained. 4. At this stage, learned counsel for the appellant submits that since the matter has been fixed by the learned Single Judge on 07.01.2015 and the appellant is facing day-to-day hardship, the date for consideration of the prayer for interim relief be ordered to be preponed. 5. Learned Panel Lawyer appearing for the respondent/State submits that the respondents shall file reply of the petition/interim relief within two weeks from today. 6. In view of the aforesaid, we dispose of this writ appeal by directing the respondent/State to file reply of the petition/reply of the prayer for interim relief within two weeks from today. 7. As agreed to by learned counsel for the parties and keeping in view the fact that the prayer for interim relief requires to be considered at an early date, we prepone the date from 07.01.2015' to 14.10.2014'. 8. Learned Single Judge is requested to consider the prayer for interim relief/decide the writ petition as expeditiously as possible. List the writ petition before appropriate bench on 14.10.2014. C. c. by tomorrow.
